Policies & Procedures-
Reservation is not confirmed until rental agreement is received indicating acceptance of its terms either by email response or a signed “hard copy” received in the mail and the 20% non-refundable deposit is processed through a credit card number on file.
DEPOSIT- 20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for the number of nights held, to guarantee the reservation dates
ADVANCE PAYMENT -- Full payment less the 20% advance deposit for reservations of three days up to two weeks is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellation at any time does not affect the 20% non-refundable deposit, unless official advisories are issued urging persons not to travel due to hazardous conditions. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
