Selected breakfast menus include sweet and savory combinations: coffee cake, tarts, or muffins; fruit; egg dish; sausage, ham, or bacon; orange juice; coffee or tea. Commonly served entrees fresh from the oven are French toast, quiche, sausage casserole, "breakfast flowers," or soufflés.
Groups may receive their particular buffet served "family style."
